alcohol & fire
a while ago k2h told me a story about how at work an alcohol soaked bench top was set on fire when someone used a heat gun. now here's a story about setting a patient on fire. it seems that simple fire prevention is actually pretty difficult.
what do you want to bet that the random medical instrument that caused the fire was a LASER?!! =) either that or they had the lights turned up to bright and the heat caught the alcohol on fire. whats the flash point anyway.. 1000f?

mmm i hadn't given significant thought to the ignition source. laser is a good idea or maybe they were shrink wrapping a tube with a heat gun?
