And We're Off
our house is now officially for sale. the realtor is putting the sign up in the yard tomorrow (has to enter the info in the computer first because people start calling as soon as the sign goes up). we have a lockbox on the front step. and the house is clean. i hope it sells quickly =)... now we just have to pack up the rest of all our junk and put it in storage 'till the new house is done.

someone has done quite a bit of cleanup!
it looks very nice .... interesting that she has all the window coverings up so you can see out ...like the living dining area...:)
we got an offer on the house sunday. we looked at it monday night. they dropped 4,900 from the price and had only a couple other silly things. so we countered with our orig price minus 900 and fixed a couple silly things (like repairs after inspection limited to 500 instead of their 1500) and moved the closing one week earlier. we'll see what happens. the counter expires on wed. evening if i recall correctly.
